A photographer friend who once discovered in me the talent of a stylist introduced me to the editorial office of L’Officiel. I have build up a very good relationship with the Baltic office, with whom I frequently collaborate. The publication’s editor-in-chief allows me complete creative freedom in the selection of brands and models.
С редакцией L’Officiel меня познакомила подруга фотограф, которая в свое время и открыла во мне талант стилиста. С балтийским офисом у меня сложились очень хорошие отношения, мы часто сотрудничаем. Главный редактор издания дает мне полную свободу творчества, выражая пожелания в выборе брендов и моделей.
I created the entire project in the Evening Affair style. Formed the team, chose models and clothes. This shoot makes me very happy. I believe this is my best shoot to date. This concept matured in my mind for about six months before I realized it.

I did not have an online consultation with the editors this time because I am very confident in this publisher. However, the typical shooting process is as follows. All images, brands, number of photos, and so on are agreed upon ahead of time. The photos are then approved by the editor and sent to post-production after they have been shot.
На этот раз консультации онлайн с редакцией у меня не было, ведь у меня с этим издателем огромное доверие. Но обычно процесс работы над съемкой следующий. Заранее оговариваются все образы, бренды, количество фотографий и тд. А после съемок фотографии утверждаются редактором и отправляются на постпродакшн.
This shoot was held in Milan. We only had 8-9 hours to shoot 10 looks. Unfortunately, there was no heating in the studio, so the conditions were not ideal. However, thanks to heaters, we have created a more comfortable environment. Another issue was that not all brands sent clothing to the location. This is a problem that all stylists face at some point. And when we got the clothes at the last minute, there were a lot of them, and transporting the outfits by car was difficult. And there were a lot of things, totaling around 100,000 euros.

А когда мы получили одежду в последний момент, ее было очень много и возникли сложности с транспортировкой нарядов машиной. А вещей было очень много — в общей сложности примерно на 100 тысяч евро.
I wanted to show a girl on a date in this shoot. She exudes confidence, beauty, and elegance. But sexy and sensitive all at the same time. I was inspired by vintage Hollywood images and the Saint Laurent show last October. The show was themed around the heroin chic woman. Kate Moss appeared in a fur coat, sandals, black glasses, and a cigarette. “This is a woman!” I thought. Spirit has been apprehended. And I didn’t want to reveal more about such a woman until she went on a date in her luxury car. By the way, the shoot included a chic retro car that I discovered on my own. I have a strong interest in classic automobiles. Particularly for Porsche, Rolls-Royce, and Aston Martin.
В этой съемке я хотела показать девушку, которая идет на свидание. Она очень уверенная в себе, красивая и элегантная. Но в то же время сексуальная и чувствительная. Вдохновлялась я голливудскими ретро снимками и показом Saint Laurent октября прошлого года. Показ был посвящен женщине Heroin chic — вышла Кейт Мосс в этой шубе, босоножках, черных очках и с сигаретой. Я подумала: «Вот это женщина!» Дух захватило. И я захотела больше раскрыть такую женщину, только когда она едет на свидание в своем шикарном автомобиле. Кстати, в съемке задействован роскошный ретро-автомобиль, который я нашла сама. У меня большая страсть к классическим машинам, в особенности к Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin.
My favorite image in this sequence is of the girl lying on the pavement with her feet on the car. This is a very provocative shot, in my opinion. Helmut Newton and Ellen von Unwerth’s photographs inspired me. These are the artists I admire.
