Putting off your goals are a problem. You have to make sure you still have that internal drive. If you really want to be excellent, you have to have the belief inside. When you have those beliefs inside, you can then bring them to action.

Plant your feet and stand strong, as the old adage goes. But when you are planted firm in the foundation of you, that’s when your dreams and ambitions can truly soar to new heights. That’s how you break away from the pack and reach your fullest potential.
Some people work hard but have no talent and other people have talent but do not work hard. These are both sad situations, but the person who realizes their talent and doesn’t work to maximize it is a very sad and discouraging sight.
If you are headed in the right direction with the potential for a great success, you don’t need to change. All this talk about change might have had you believing that you must change instantly or you’d fall behind. The fact of the matter is that you might already be on the right path. If you are headed for the stars, perhaps you’ve already made the changes needed.

Everybody has fears that they try not to deal with. Growing as a person is about conquering fears and moving forward. If you are not conquering a fear at least once per day, then you are not living to your fullest potential.
If we allow ourselves to be contained by negative thought, we will never achieve our fullest potential. Shakespeare is right to say this in the sense that we constantly struggle with selling ourselves short. Don’t get stuck in your past. Where you are now, is not where you will always be.
