When you reach the point where you think you have hit a wall, just push right on through it. The only road blocks are in your mind. Whether you are pushing yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, or spiritually, you can always get through that next obstacle with a bit more grit.
You can use your fear to point you in the direction of what is most important to you, rather than be hard on yourself for feeling fear in the first place. If you aren’t afraid of doing something, it generally means you don’t find it very important, or you wouldn’t have that fear.
In this way fear can help us drill down to the things that we simply must do. Part of that is going to entail getting over that fear, or learning to live with it so that you can still get the things done that need getting done.
