Thoughts, and go 1000 times over every day. It’s an overwhelming task to think that we have to control all over thoughts all of the time. There is value in that for sure, but the point here is that you stop letting your thoughts control your emotions and your life.
When you start to prioritise your schedule, your mentality is flawed. You must realise that the only things that should ever make it to your schedule are the things that are important to getting where you want to go.
